7. Your Privacy Rights
7.1 California (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident you have the right to:

- Delete personal information we collected from you (subject to legal exemptions).
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of sale and sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your rights.

Shine the Light (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.83): California residents may request, once per year and free of charge, a list of the personal information disclosed by us to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year. We do not engage in such disclosures.
7.2 Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas (and other state laws)
Residents of these states have similar rights of access, deletion, correction (where applicable), opt-out of targeted advertising, and opt-out of sale. Colorado and Connecticut residents may also appeal a denial of a request by emailing privacy@seuartigoatevoce.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal”.
7.3 How to Submit a Request
Email privacy@seuartigoatevoce.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and identify the right(s) you wish to exercise. We will verify your identity using information you provide and information already in our records. We will respond within 45 days, extendable once by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, with notice to you.
8. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes set out in this Policy, then we delete or de-identify it. Typical retention periods:
- Order and transaction records: 10 years after the transaction (tax and accounting law).
- Account profile: until you request deletion or after 3 years of inactivity.
- Customer support tickets: 3 years after closure.
- Marketing consents and preferences: until withdrawn.
- Server logs: 12 months.
9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and local storage. The CookieYes banner lets you accept, reject, or customize categories. Essential cookies (cart, session, security) do not require consent. 10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child provided us with personal information may email privacy@seuartigoatevoce.com.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, encrypted backups, restricted access on a need-to-know basis, and outsourcing of card data handling to Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
12. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate. EU/EEA and UK residents — see our Portuguese-language Privacy Policy (Section 10) for the GDPR transfer mechanisms (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses).
